SCM surveys economic forecasts from major institutions quarterly to develop a consensus. Economic indicators are monitored in areas such personal consumption, capital investment, US Government policy and foreign trade. Industrial sectors are analyzed to identify which areas of the economy are expected to outperform.
- Industrial Sector AnalysisAnalysis of the ten industrial sector outlooks of public traded stocks. The sectors are Consumer Discretionary, Consumer Staples, Energy, Financials, Healthcare, Industrials, information Technology, Materials, Telecommunications, Utilities and soon to be added: REITs
- Security AnalysisEquity issuers are analyzed in terms of management quality, market leadership and a growing industry. Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) are evaluated on cost, index choice and method of weighting constituents. Bonds are evaluated on credit, type and maturity.
